Terms of Service

Resemblio is a small operation owned by OptSus. These terms cover the Resemblio extraction service and the public site at resemblio.com. If you have a question about any of this, email hello@resemblio.com.

The service

Resemblio is a code-bearing design system extractor: point it at a URL, get back the colors, type, spacing, and component patterns as DTCG-compatible tokens. The result is inspired by the source site (inspirado, no copiado); wordmarks, logos, and literal trademark marks are stripped from the output, while the underlying design language is preserved as a faithful starting point for your own build. The current version offers per-call extraction; recurring subscription tiers are on the roadmap.

Acceptable use

One account per person. No scripted signups, no fake or throwaway addresses generated to bypass per-person limits, and no submitting an address that does not belong to you. Do not point the extractor at URLs you do not have the right to access, and do not use the output to reproduce a source site's trademarks, logos, or proprietary content. We may suspend accounts that look like abuse, and we may block repeat offenders.

Service availability

There is no service-level agreement at this stage. We run the site, the extraction service, and any free tier on a best-effort basis. Paid plans, when they launch, will come with their own availability commitments published at that time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and any free use of Resemblio are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Paid plans, when available, will carry the specific warranties spelled out in their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any paid use of Resemblio is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. For free use, our liability is limited to what the law strictly requires; we do not assume any additional liability for use of a free product.

Termination

You can leave any time by closing your account or emailing hello@resemblio.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts whose use is clearly abusive (see Acceptable use, above) or if we shut a part of the service down for any reason.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we update this page. If the change is material, current subscribers get an email about it before the new version takes effect.
